Design a customized relational database system for a contact management system.

Remarks

Designed and implemented a relational database in SQLServer to support specialized and complicated contact management features not found in off-the-shelf software packages.

Assisted with the front-end software development. This media company had both MAC and Windows users, so Omnis 7 was used to develop the client software.

Results

Successfully designed and developed a customized contact management system.

Even though there were extreme challenges in reconciling the business' and sales representatives' requirements, the system was successfully developed and utilized by the sales representatives.
